Cant load Carbonite

i have tried to load this add on but it is not working. i have manually installed it and i get nothing when i log onto WOW. Any help would be great. i am using the dreadful windows vista

Where are you installing it to would be the first thing we need to know. I'm betting you are trying to place it in c:\program files\wow\ etc etc which Vista does not like. It needs to be installed into C: \users\public\games\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\

Try that first and let us know. If it does not work, detail the steps you are using to extract Carbonite and list the path to Carbonite.toc
