3.201 is the version of Carbonite, it has nothing to do with WOW ver. 3.2. The Carbonite update came out last week adding a few features and corrections. WOW 3.2 just went active today. In the past, it's taken up to a week for the author(s) to update Carbonite to a new WOW release. Usually well worth the wait.

I would open the addon screen at your character select screen and check off the box "load out of date addons" problem solved. Everything that can run will.

Perhaps another addon conflicting? I'm running around 60 or so and can log in fine, including Carbonite v 3.201.

Turn them all off and slowly one by one or 5 by 5 depending on how many you have turn them back on and log in. It's the only way to find out what is bugging it out.

The current Carbonite 3.201 works on patch 3.2 with only 3 minor problem that I know of. One being the TOC version number which needs updating. You can't update it before the patch is out or the game would not load your addon because the addon would be a higher version that the game is expecting.

As Vis said, check "load out of date addons" for now.
