Carbonite questing zones

On my main, when I quest and I track my progress on slaying 0/10 monsters, it highlights a zone on my map for me, but when im on one of my alts it just shows a circle with an x through it, it still works somewhat, I just have to look around that area to find what i'm looking for.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Let me guess here.... Have you enabled quest poi's? in the tracker? (magnifying icon)
