Massive FPS decrease

Hi, I installed version Version: 5.1.5 tonight and saw a huge FPS drop. I went from an average of 45 FPS down to 9. I reverted back to CarboniteBETA-5201a3 and it seems to work fine, except I don't have the Isle of Thunder in the quest database.

I just wanted to confirm that the new version is causing a large FPS loss. I am playing on an iMac, but that shouldn't matter with WoW.

a) what locale are you playing in
b) are you using curse or wowmatrix to update carbonite
