Problem with watching quests on carbonite.

So i made a new character today to start leveling. But my quests wont show under the carbonite bullets, and when i open up the quest window it doesnt have that carbonite interface or whatever to it. but when i log my other characters i dont have this problem, its only this character. I have Hide Blizzard tracker in the options, im not sure what else to do. any help would be much appreciated.

i know but, how do i get the quests to show there? i have both the buttons pressed in, why is the blizzard tracker showing instead is what i dont understand

Okay i fixed it by disabling all addons, logging in, logging out, enabling carbonite, then pressing minimize and it worked. thanks
