Arrow showing wrong amount of quest item..

I'm currently fishing doing the "Electropellers" quest. The arrow was showing the proper amount of electropellers needed until I caught 10. It then showed 10/12 in the objective tracker and 1/12 on the arrow. Bags have 10 in there.

Further fishing to 11 of the item still has the tracker arrow showing 1/12.

Clearing the quest from being tracked and then re-tracking it showed the proper number of 11/12.

The only weird thing I can think that I'm not doing standard is that I have autoloot turned on and as soon as the box to loot pops up, I am casting out again. This puts the items in my bags, and updates the tracker / screen yellow letters, but didn't the arrow.

Catching the 12th completed the quest and all happened as expected, the arrow changed to the next quest.

Never seen any bug like this, perhaps the arrow and the tracker update separately and the arrow just happened to miss it?

That is just a side effect of how the HUD arrow updates. It does not update until I move or something like tracking changes.
