FuBar - All Mods?

So, I have had Fubar for the longest time. No problems

Now, recently installed Prat (chat mod), Visor, Visor Buttons, VisorGUI, GMail, and Detox (which uses Ace-2 libs). I Uninstalled Decursive and CTMail mod.

Now, EVERYTIME I login to my character, all my FuBar modules (Everything, from Time, to DurabilityFu, everything) gets moved around into different locations around my panel, sometimes with a new panels and more modules moved around on the new panel

I have locked both panels (I have one docked at top, other docked at the bottom) to no avail.

when i try changing profiles, i lose everything. cant even add FuBar modules onto the panels, and i get this error:
