5.03.03 Major Problems

Scott, I did a clean install of the new Dev release and tested it out with two characters. Interestingly it worked fine for me 25 Druid. Unfortunately I logged in to my 80 DK and the Interface was in bad shape. None of the Unit Frames appeared, the buttons to switch Group-Raid interfaces were missing as well. There was an error message that appeared as well. I will collect that info if you need it, but I had to roll back to 5.03.02 in order to join a raid I was on.

I tried restarting the UI, exiting and restarting WoW and several other things. However, nothing worked until I removed the new version and went back to the previous Dev release.
