How to move this box?

Its the little box that show up like when you hover over a mob, or a skill, etc on the "default" bottom right. i was wondering how do you move that box?

Diffrent AddOns can allow you to move that box. TinyTip and CowTip are 2 that come to mind. I use Cowtip because it seems easier to me to place the tool tip right where you want it.
