cant move a frame with any addons?

How we move the text showing, for example, the numbers of flags in bg or the time remaining in wg (how is called this frame?)? Fluid frames, a addon who can move anything, cant move this
Doing a search here about "frame" i found many addons but dont know wich can move this or if is good to use 2 addons for frames - i have already Fluid frames

Capping is what you want.

I use Capping, I still can't move those frames. Have I just missed the feature or did you miss the point?

thanks, now i can move this frame with Fluid frames i see, probably because i installed capping, because before that was imposible i think. Anyaway i can move with Capping too this frame, you just need to try more probably
