Carbonite NOT working at all

Carbonite just stopped working. No changes made to addons to cause it to stop. I have tried reinstalling all addons. Updated. Uninstalled all. Just installed Carbonite on its own. But all I get are ? showing hand in points, nothing else. Quest Helper will work however. But am not keen on its layout. As my friends and family have carbonite recommended by me, we can work quests together. Now I can't. Am considering a complete re-install of the game. But that seems a bit radical simply for an addon.

Does it say 3.21 in the Carbonite minimap button tooltip?

What parts of Carbonite do you see?
The minimap button?
The map?
The Quest Watch List?
The Quest Window (log)?

Try exiting WoW, rename WTF folder to WTFold, run WoW and test.
