Missing Favorite Button

I'd like to make the EasyDND addon a favorite but the button appears to be missing. This is happening on many addons. Am I missing something obvious? Here is a screenshot of what I see: Screenshot

If you hover over where it should be, is it clickable? Or is it just plain not there at all?

Also, what are your browser details?

The usual questions, since I know Dolby will ask them anyway:

OS? Browser? Version? Blocking software? (noscript, adblock, etc)

Looks like your browser is missing some graphics. Try a hard refresh CNTL - F5. Did you play with firefox's advanced configuration settings to optimize its load times? I've followed a guide a long time ago and found that FF would stop loading some images randomly.

Also try viewing the graphic button separately http://s.wowinterface.com/images/sty...ddfavorite.gif then go back to the page and refresh.

On the machine that won't show the graphic:

- Apple G4 1.25GHZ dual
- Apple OS 10.4.11
- Firefox 3.0.10 w/Adblock Plus 1.0.2
- Per Dolby's instructions, clicking on the graphic and then loading the addon page again does not display the graphic.
- Per Shirik's question, no the box is not a clickable object.

On the machine that will show the graphic:

- Generic AMD 2.2GHz
- Windows XP Professional 5.1.2600 SP3 Build 2600
- Firefox 3.0.3 w/Adblock Plus 1.0.2
- Displays the graphic and is clickable.

Noticing the above, I just told Firefox to update itself. After updating, Firefox 3.0.10 w/Adblock Plus 1.0.2 on the Windows machine still shows the graphic and it is clickable so it appears to be Mac specific for some reason.

Have you altered the filtering settings for either of the Adblock installations? Or are you using a different subscription on one of the machines compared to the other? Have you tried disabling adblock on the Mac and seeing if that helps?

You can get a list of items Adblock is blocking and/or Adblock could block for you by clicking on its icon at the top of the Firefox window. Have a look to see if that graphic is included.

You might also like to try clearing the Firefox cache. Doing a hard reload (CTRL-F5 on windows, no idea on Mac) should have resolved any issues with a bad version of the graphic in the cache, but no harm in double-checking. To clear your cache, go Tools -> Clear Private Data. Remove the ticks in everything but the Cache tick box then click Clear Private Data Now.

- I'm using the same filter rules for both installations.
- I'm using the same subscription which is Easylist (USA).
- Disabled Adblocker Plus. Same problem.
- Purged Cache and Offline Storage cache too. Same problem.

I must have missed it above... Can you see the image from the direct link Dolby gave you? Also, have you restarted your computer?

Yes and yes, nightly. When I click on the link he provided, I see the favorite graphic bar. I also shutdown my system nightly. The problem persists as you can see on the following picture.
