Hey I seen an addon in a video of their abilities above the enemies head in PvP, just wondering if anyone knows the name of it, thanks.

Are you looking to see numbers showing the amount of damage you do to your PvP enemies? If so, you don't need an addon -- go to Interface Options > Combat Text and check the "Damage" and/or "Healing" options at the top.

If you're looking for something else, please be more specific about exactly what you want to see.

Nono I think he is looking for enemy cooldowns at target nameplates:

I don't want to see their cooldowns above their heads, I want to see my dots and cooldowns over their heads

I use KuiNameplates. It has a number of in-game options, which is convenient, but most importantly it does not cause massive framerate drops and freezes in AoE situations like some other "show my debuffs on nameplates" addons I've tried recently.
