Need help making a cool UI

I've never exactly figured out how people make eccentric UI's in WoW. I've been playing for about 3 years, I raided BT as a shaman in TBC. But i've always used the standard UI.

I always used addons like gatherer, DBM, Omen, metamap, tom tom, omnicc

but nothing that drastically changed the look of my UI

I think I see titan bar in there, but that's about it.

I see he has a bottom panel thing on his UI with his chat and spells and abilities and with a map in the middle.

How do I do this? I've searched around curse and wowinterface in the action bars and unit frames section and I haven't found anything that could do that.

in there he has
skinner (black bar at bottom and does other things as well)
fubar(with plug ins)
hitsmode (replaces the combat log)
chat addon(like prat,chatter)
Simple Buff Bars(buff mod)
xperl(unit frames)
bartender4(the bars/buttons)
ButtonFacade(with a skin of some sort)
AzCastBar(casting bar mod)
map addon like simpleminimap to make it square and movable.

think the buff modifier is Elk or something like that.
