Need help with the ChatFrames

Hi there, got myself a really nasty problem with the chatframes, sort of like TheEdge (http://www.wowinterface.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=32847) had to deal with, but I've got it on all of my chars...

I tried to get rid of my problem by reseting the chatpannels to default and after an UI reload nUI set their positions back.
Now I create a new frame and it is visible and I can also configure it without any issue, but here is the catch, the moment I do a relog, the newly created frame is missing.

I sort of dealt with it by using "nUI : Info Panel [Chat]", which added one chatframe, but it added another bug, if I try to create a new frame, the framename won't pop up.
In short, the new frame covers my "General" frame, but the framename is not vissible and the moment I switch back to "General", I am not able to get back to the frame I created.
(I also had to deal with this trouble after I created a new frame and did a relog.)
The same goes for the new private chat function added with the last patch.

I am currently using:
BugGrabber, Auctioneer, BadKitty, DBM, Decursive, Informant (Stubby lib), sct, Omen, PallyPower, Grid, Omen, Recount, well and nUI.

If not for this little pain in the butt, I love nUI and wouldn't want to miss it ever again!

What about if you roll back to the earlier version of nUI ( assuming you upgraded to the newest version ) ?

I have all 3 of my chat mods activated ( for testing purposes as well as using them

) and the latest version of nUI. Since I put the latest version on I am getting the problem of the non existent new chat frame.

For people having problems here can you confirm whether you have one of my chat mods and only having certain problems with or without the addon active.

It might help pinpoint the need for me to re-test with the new nUI version in case there is a new conflict somewhere dependant on what changes Scott introduced.

I'm having the same problem, I was using Prat and disabled it to try and see if that fixed it, but no dice.

When I log into Wow on all characters I have only the main chat windows. I am missing my party and my guild chat windows (special channels I made) I do not use another chat mod just what is default. If I do a /reload the windows appear again but the same happens when I relog.

As posted in the other thread... I am looking for the cause and a solution. I'll get an update out as soon as I can sort it out.
