Quest Tracking Arrow Question

Is there a way to attach the GPS arrow to the text frame?

This way as the frame extends to display larger quest info the arrow moves with it. This will keep it from covering the quest info sometimes cause I like to have the arrow to the right of the text box.

Sorry, but the options x y offset is from a fixed center location.
