LF Tracking items via Quest Frame

I saw an addon on WoWI a while ago that allowed the use of tracking how many of X item you have through the quest frame.

I can't find it, or remember it's name. Can anyone help me out?

Just wondering, because I realize it was a mistake to not favorite/download it... very useful when farming a specific number of items.
