Zhuntermod Updating

Looking to take over development and maintenance of the Zhuntermod. The author has stated that he no longer plays wow and wishes someone to take over his mod to update it for Cata etc.

No replies from any admin at all????? Zanzar has said that he no longer plays and will not be playing, and I cannot find any threads or tools to start the process on the site to take over development of the mod.

I can't tell you what to do, and I'm aware of no formal requirements for picking up an abandoned mod,
but since I have done it a couple times in the past I can tell you what I did.

1. Try to contact the author through PM or other public records and try to get his permission.
2. Update/fix what I can on the mod. (this is both to help addon users and to show that I'm serious about maintaining it).
3. PM a moderator presenting any relevant info.
- like author going on record with abandoning the project and offering it up to other developers.
- or outstanding bugs for an extended period of time with no work done.
- my own updates.
- what steps I took to contact the author.

After a short wait I usually get the project with minimal fuss or a reason why not.
