If I remember correctly there is an issue with WIM's animation when nUI has WIM's minimap button in the button bag. I believe if you turn off WIM's animation in WIM's settings the problem should go away.

Known compatibility issues with third party mods... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Having animations enabled in WIM (WoW Instant Messenger) causes WIM to throw and error when you close the WIM window and your button bag is closed. This is caused by the animation expecting the WIM minimap button to be visible when it is, in fact, hidden by the button bag. Disabling the animation option in WIM will fix this error.

Dunno ... ask the WIM people ... It's in WIM's settings somewhere ... just look around
