Info panel bug nUI+

Hi,
I use Carbonite and beside that I use VuhDo integrated in the info panel. I tried to disable all addons, and tested them one by one, but they all had the same thing: There is a bug that you can't scroll on 2/3rd of the lower part of the info panel. For some reason you can click it, but it wil not accept/detect your scroll from your mousewheel up/down. I tried it with several addons like Grid, Carbonite, Healbot, and I use my scroll weel up to dispel and down for renew, or zoom in or out on the Carbonite map. It might be a small layer problem? Its a fresh install from WoW, All addons are the latest versions.....

Any 1 else having problems with it?
