Can't get HUD bars on target to disappear

This is another new error I am receiving. This also just started a couple of days ago (Which leads me to think Blizz has changed something).

When I click on a friendly target the HUD pops up like it is supposed to. The only problem is I can't get the target portion of the HUD to go away. I used to be able to click on an empty space like a wall or building and get the HUD to go away. Now it stays on all the time and only changes if the target dies.

I tried clicking on other players and it just changes the HUD to them. It will go away if you get far enough away from the target.

Any suggestions?

Is sticky targeting enabled?
