gypsy buff not working right

when i mouse-over my buff frame the background places itself on top of my buffs, disabling me from clicking buffs off, or viewing the details of the buffs.

I can confirm this happens to me as well. Changing any applicable options through the menu did not help.

Try deleting layout-cache.txt in WTF\Account\AccountName\CharacterName\

instead of deleting the file, you can delete the gypsybuffarcapsule info out of the file and save/relog.
