When ever i right click on a frindly target it starts to cast a healing touch i just want the menu that has trade, whisper, dule-ext how do i do that???

Are you using MazzleUI? If so the author of that UI has mapped the right click using an AddOn called Clique to cast HT when you right click on a friendly or self target. Use a modifier in conjunction with right click to bring up the normal menu (I believe the combo is Alt Right Click). If that really bugs you, you can remove that command by opening your Spell Book and click on the bottom tab to access the Clique set up screen.

There are quite a few threads where this question has been asked and answered already in the Mazzle forums. Go into your Clique options and see where the menu is bound to, change it if you want it to be something else, or disable Clique if you don't want to do any click casting (though it is really nice for healers).
