Cant drag from spellbook
After this new patch I cant drag from my spelbook to my action bar, anything I could do?

You may have an addon interfering somehow (unless you were trying to drag during combat?).

The lag I was getting prevented me from setting up some of my toons. Get out of Dalaran or any major city to a place you get less lag and try again.

Check in the interface menu as well. If i recall correctly, they have a checkbox for preventing moving icons. I found it turned on when I first logged on after the patch.
