Nui5 castbar problem

Since upgrading to nui nUI 5.07.13 (from 5.07.12) when casting spells the blizzard cast bar keeps popping up every now and then for a spilt second. (Use spells that are a couple of seconds in cast time), it disappears quickly again, but does look very strange.

Hmph... okay. I'll look into it. I think it's an issue in the RegisterStateDriver() method in WoW
