Debuff bars
Is there an addon that can skin the buff frame (in the top right) but yet create BARS for debuffs with a moveable anchor, preferably colored based on debuff type? The only addon I can find that can do this is satrina, but it is a resource hog and is quite buggy.

Bison can do this, plus buttonfacade or masque.
