a slight glitch with character tooltip when mouseover

Holas,

I am getting a slight glitch when I mouse over my character unit frame in that, it is jumping to an offset duplicate of the tooltip and then back to the tip under my mouse in very rapid succession.

I am using Tip Tac for the tooltips but I am not sure if that is causing the problem.

Just wanted to give ya a heads up and gratitude for the hard work you have done on this sweet ui.

Did you disable nUI's management of the tooltips? If you're using TipTac, you should use '/nui tooltips default' so that TipTac can manage the tooltip frames. Sounds like the two are fighting over them.

I notice the same thing with Carbonite. If you are on a quest, it does some pattern matching I think to add text to the tooltips like "Quest: <Name>". It helps by telling you when things are for a certain quest. Sometimes buffs/debuffs in the hud will be rapidly changing as nUI does stuff and then carbonite modifies it to add the quest text, then nUI resets it back, etc.

Doesn't bother me, just looks funny sometimes.

I think the game does that without any quest addons now as I am sure I was getting that information in tooltips without any quest addon installed. As it is now I only have QuestGuru installed but next week when I do my monthly addon clearout I will test it without any quest addons and see if I get the same result.

I have tooltips set to default. Same glitch however. If i disable tip tac, it resolves itself. I guess there is a conflict between the two there.

I use tip tac with no issues between it and nUI can you post a screen shot of the extra frame so we can figure out what it is
