simple and light cooldown text on default blizz target frame

i need help in someone good in .lua to create for me or name this addon that shows only the cooldown on your default blizzard targetframe auras. would like to keep it simple i love omnicc but i already have tullacc. i like it light and simple. thanks in advance, need a quick responce on this please asap...

Change C.minScale = 0.6 to C.minScale = 0.4 in config.lua for tullaCC.
