Skinning Omen and Recount...How to?

I've noticed in the screenshots of several UI addon packs that the users have somehow managed to skin both Omen and Recount windows. How is this done? Which addon allows this?

I'm sure omen has all the features built it, recount should to. If not, both probably have any textures disabled and a art panel simply placed behind it.

As far as I'm aware (without checking) neither addon can be configured alone to not display any backgrounds, title bars etc...(will have to check when I go online later).

Based on the screenshot you posted, I believe those damage/threat bars are actually Skada Damage Meter, with maybe kgPanels behind them.

Yes thats Skada alright. The cog in the corner gives it away. Neither omen nor recount have that on its own at anyrate.

Recount allows you to set the titlebar to completely see-thru, as well as the background (and the bars) - this allows you to use panels behind/around them for skinning.

Omen can do this too, but Omen pretty much lets you make it look any way you want without having to go that far.

Actually, recount lets you have the cog on its own (go to the window tab I believe it is, and there's a section where you can check off which of its icons to display).
