Requesting addon: Reminder

Imagine you're standing around in the city doing nothing, and suddenly you hear a raid warning and a message appears on your screen: "Go kill Garr in Molten Core!".

It could also remind you of: Reputation, daily quests, mounts, weekly valor cap, celestial boss..

It would be neat if one could set priorities for the most important reminders.
And perhaps even add TomTom support.

I've searched for a long time after the addon that could do this, but no luck.

This is the closest I've come, although I don't think it's being updated anymore:

I really don't need an AddOn to remind me why I am playing WoW, and I hope no one else does either. I would suggest your OS' notepad or spreadsheet application. If your OS has neither, Google provides them for free.

If you're really dead set on having built in timers, TomTom support (you don't remember how to get to that thing you want to do), and other flashy stuff, you'll likely need to write such an AddOn yourself.

I was actually thinking of this exact thing the other day as I was debating on whether I had ran all the necessary old raids this week, and figured it'd be great if I had a weekly "To Do" list that I could check off. I could obviously set this up in my Google calendar or Thunderbird tasklist, but it'd be nice to have it in WoW itself.

I might take it on to write a simple one. I wonder how I'd make it refresh every week.

I think I've finally found what I'm looking for:

It may not be exactly what I pictured, but I hope it's enough.

Thanks for the help!
