NPC and Object interaction issue

Not sure if i am the only one who has dealt with this, but ever since i got the current character i am working on into Cataclysm zones, like Hyjal and Deepholm i have had a number of occasions where i have been unable to interact with various objects. Such as Quest turn in NPCs, a c few on ground quest objectives a handful of Gather materials and a couple of NPCs i have had to talk to during quests. Even had one interact quest objective that once i interacted i got a blizzard error log that kept adding more and more errors and was unable to close it until i defeated the enemy that spawned.

Anyone else have issues like this?

As an extra note, i did not have these issues on the last character i took through these zones before Carbonite was updated on Sept 10th
