possible bug with Dual specs

Hi Scott,

I'm not sure if this is related to this bug 'Cooldown bar throws an error if spell IDs change and a cooldown procs' or not, but I have the latest development release of nUI+, whenever I change specs when one of my abilities is on cooldown I get the following error "Interface\addons\nui\bars\nui_CooldownBar.lua:91:attempt to compare two nil values." Clicking ok does not get rid of the error, it continually pops up. Reloading the UI gets rid of the error.
