Editing colors in addons

How do I edit an addon's color, without using the in-game options.

The reason I'm asking is because I'm using RogueFocusClassic http://www.curse.com/downloads/details/10122/

and I want to change the colors to go with my black+white UI better.

I know it's got something to do with one of the files in the addon's folder, such as a .lua file or .xml, or something. Correct me if I'm wrong on this one.
