Map Bug (or messed up settings on my part?)

I am having some trouble with Carbonite's map in the MoP areas - Specifically, when I mouseover a zone I am not in, it generally will show the details of that zone, quest tracking, etc, but in the MoP areas, this only works for me in Krasarang, Valley of 4 winds, and Jade forest. All other zones will not show details until I am actually in zone.
