Is the tutorial accurate?

1. OK i found the problem b/c i didnt run custominterfacekit.exe first
2. when i open option, there are two box for path
a. wow install directory
b. working directory
so i change the wow install directory to point to the same folder as working directory which is wowdesigner. when i run wowdesigner, i get wow initialization error with this msg "unable to find MPQ directory expected c:\programfile\wow ui designer\interface\data"

how can i fix this problem?
