raid / party castbars?

Hi, I saw this picture like a week ago of a UI and I saw that the guy had a party/raid castbar(He could see the casting bar in a separate window of several people in the raid). I figured this is a awesome tool for healers fighting spike healing so I tried to find it again. Now, several hours later I just cant find it :S

Does anyone in here know what addon does this?(except for open-RDX, Im pretty sure it wasnt that)

Bah it would help if we had a picture for reference.

All I know is that Pitbull has built-in castbars in the unitframes, and that you can enable those for any frames it handles. But I do not know of an addon that handles this separately.

hehe, I know! Ive been trying really hard to remember where I saw the picture, but I cant seem to find it again!
