Cant update Carbonite anyone know why?

My version says its 5.1.6, I have tried to update didn't work, I removed and re-install latest version from link provided in another post, was suppose to be 5.4.2 alpha 5, but still gave me 5.1.6 how do I fix this? Info windows still don't work and I haven't gotten a reply from the original post in over 6 months.

I reinstalled again and it is still 5.1.6. this is the site im using .

Uninstalled and reinstalled again, when I logged in, before I selected a character, I look at addon and it showed the right version. When I logged into toon and checked, it shows 5.1.6, that is where I was getting caught up. Check your version before you log into a toon. That's the right info not the release info, right or am I still screwed up lol?

yes... in game it still says 5.1.6 ... many people are not willing to use the beta version, even though it's the only one that works without issue so I have left the ingame version where it was. Once I finish the localization changes i'll be at the point i'm ready to drop the beta tag.
