If u look at the character u will see a red circle around him.
Ignore the SCT text.
I think is an aggo addon but i coudnt find it anywhere.

It could be Avion or it could be PowerAuras. I couldn't be confidant on which but I think it's Avion.

I would have been even faster if someone hadn't phoned me in the middle of typing the reply :-)))
