Quest Watch List and 3D Vision

This is little more than a minor annoyance but is there a way to make the whole Quest Watch List "interactive" instead of just the tracking buttons and the title bar at the top?

In 3D Vision (http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-home-users.html) all UI elements are rendered in the far foreground.

If I use 3D Vision and turn off the hardware cursor (so the cursor is rendered in 3D) due to the way the 3D works it can be really hard to tell when the cursor is over the little tracking button. If there was an option to make the whole watch list "active" when the cursor is over any part of it then it would be much easier to use with 3D.

I realize this is an issue very few people will have; I was just wondering if there already is a way to change this or if it's easy to tweak/add with some LUA modification.
