asking for password

I have carbonite on my laptop but the hard drive crashed. I am trying to load it onto my PC and when I try to extract the files it is telling me that it is password protected. I was never asked for a password when I would download it onto my laptop. Any suggestions as to why it is asking me for one now and/or how to get around it? Thanks for any help!!

Just downloaded Carbonite from here and it unzipped just fine. No addon from this site will ever have a password on it.

Make sure you are getting the latest version HERE

If you got it from www.carbonite.com , it is a PC backup product, not the WoW addon...
