Map settings problems

this isnt another mini map gone thing, my problem is that whenever I enter an instance, and often when Im not, carbonite doesnt know where to put the map, when Im out of instances, and i bring up the big map, it is all funky and doesnt show me in the right place, then when Im in an instance it will show the pages, but it wont center on me. it also goes right back to where it was when i close it. Is this just an option i clicked, or failed to click, or is this some other problem. I ahve completley removed cartographer and questhelper, so there is no interference from them..

Maximizing the map shows the selected zone, not your current location. If the mouse is not over the map, then the selected zone would be your current zone.

The game gives addons player locations for WotLK instances, but not the other instances. Without location Carbonite cannot show where you are in the instance.

Middle clicking the map will move it to you current zone.
