Grid and Artwork Panels

Just recently I started using kgpanels and its made grid shift all the way up to the left corner and turn all black. By black i mean the entire square is black, no names no side indicators, the only think i can semi see is a light yellow light around the 1 frame I'm clicking on. I cant move this square but i can click on it. When I attempt to check or uncheck Lock Frames, Grid menu lags and will only highlight the option. This also happens with clamping to screen.

Sometimes I can get Grid to come back with kgpanels enabled, but I don't know why then and not before. My biggest issue is finding stability. I don't want to log in one day for a raid to find grid screwed up. Is there any help for this issue? Or has anyone had the same problem?

Also I have tried deleting the saved variables and it doesn't seem to change what's happening.

Make sure that you're using the latest versions of both addons.

I'm not getting any errors and updated them before I started my UI.

No errors at all? Just to be sure, you have "Hide Lua Errors" -unchecked- in Interface Options, yes? Also just to be sure, how/where are you downloading them from and which versions do you have? Which version of WoW do you have?
