Problem with the HUD

One of my characters show my health and mana on the left, and the target on the right, with the names and health/mana listed as a percentage, which is what I want. My other character shows my health and my targets health on the left, with my name, and my rage and the targets rage (or mana) on the right, with my name. THe targets name is at the top. How did I do this, and how do I change it back to match my first character? The settings seem to be identical, so I have no idea what I did or how to fix it.

There's a red button at the top center of the console that says "Player/Target" on the character that the HUD is correct for. On the other character, that's wrong, it says "Health/Power" -- click that one until it says "Player/Target" again.
