Disable Tooltip Support

So I was wondering I have a custom tooltip called Tiptac and I really hate how nUI shows the health and mana when Tiptac already does is there a way to disable this? If so can someone please tell me.

I don't know if you can turn off certain elements of the tooltip display but I am not 100% sure there isn't a way to turn off the nUI tooltip system.
