How do I remove oUF Castbar and DK Runebar??

I have looked all over for the past hour on Google, and I've tried to edit the runebar.lua and castbar.lua and I still have them both showing. I use another addon for Runes and I use the blizz default castbar.

How can I disable these to not show at all?

You should not mess with oUF's core, but the layout you're using.

Delete the elements self.Runes and self.Castbar.

I can't find these. They aren't in the elements folder. There is a castbar.lua and runes.lua but I've already tried removing these and that doesn't work. Layout I am using is oUF Lumen. There's no elements in this folder. I do remember editing something...it could have been config.lua.

When I updated oUF Lumen, it changed the config back to default =/

It's the .cfg in Lumen. I kinda feel dumb now but I'll post it here in case someone needs it.
