Anyone have any Idea about what Unit Frame is used in this Video. and what Casting Bar is being used.

the frames im not 100% sure since many can be modified to look different, but they appear to be ag_unitframes (i use them and highly recommend them)

as for the casting bars they are without a doubt elkanos buffbars

the casting bars are a bit annoying after my taste (tricky to set up and alot of really un needed components) but then again its one of the better looking ones, only quarts looks better (but its even worse to set up)

EBBs is not a casting bar addon, it's a buff timer addon. The actual casting bar in the video is Quartz - even though the image quality isn't the greatest, you can tell as it turns white when the target goes out of range. EBBs and Quartz are not a pain to set up. EBBs works straight out of the box, and Quartz isn't too difficult to get it how you want it.
