Tooltip on Mouse Option

I have tooltip on mouse enabled - every tooltip shows up on my mouse like it should, except if I mouseover an NPC or player, or world item like a bonfire or mailbox, in which case it shows up in the default tooltip position. Is this normal? I want everything on my mouse. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

At present, that is normal behavior as nUI does not interact with the 3D world (which is where all of the elements you just listed exist) -- nUI only interacts with the user interface.

At some point I may tackle taking over management of tooltips for objects in the 3D space, but it's not even on the to-do list at present.
