change percentage display from layout files

Can I add something to the layout code that will change the 100.0% to just 100%? I changed it in the nUI_unithealth and power and it works but dont usually want to changes stuff outside of layout.

At present the only place you can change that is in the nUI_UnitHealth module as you already discovered. There's no facility for changing it via the layout. I'll try and address that in 6.0 as it is something that comes up fairly often.
