Target frame in oUF 1.4

with oUF 1.4, and the target frame is reverting to the blizzard frame.

Seems like you are using oUF_Lyn. You shouldn't update oUF and keep using 1.3.28. Otherwise you have to update oUF_Lyn to work with 1.4.

Do note that 1.4 is not backwards compatible with 1.3.x layouts.

Any layout that is below oUF_Classic in the layout category is not updated to 1.4
