Skada's disappearing windows

After creating a second window in Skada, I noticed that each time I reload the UI, or log or exit out, one of the windows disappears. It usually is the newest window created.

It is driving me bonkers, and then to add to things, my guild leader asked tonight as he is seeing the same issue.

As far as I can tell, the window is still created in Skada, but /skada toggle does nothing. My conclusion is that the window is off screen somewhere, but I can't 100% confirm that.

If I delete the window and recreate it, the window lasts until next reload/log/exit.

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions? And yes, I have both windows set to locked, but even if they weren't, they both should stay on screen where I put them. They'd just be movable.

I can post a bug report to Skada's page, but wanted forum user thoughts first.
